1. Agreement to Terms
By using our website or hiring us for a project, you agree to the terms below. These terms protect both you and us - so we both know what to expect.
2. Description of Service
Aetheron Studio provides custom software engineering, mobile development, conversational AI chatbot design, and automation workflow setup. Services are provided on a project-by-project basis, governed by separate client contracts.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a custom services contract, all intellectual property rights for custom code, templates, and systems developed by Aetheron Studio prior to contract fulfillment remain our proprietary property. Upon final payment, title to specific project deliverables transfers to the client.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aetheron Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.
